Responsibilities

Level 2 administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016–2025) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)

Support virtualization platforms including VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V

Operate Azure IaaS services (VMs, Backup, Site Recovery, Entra ID, RBAC, DNS)

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and Certificate Services

Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, and configuration hardening

Monitor systems using tools such as SCOM and Zabbix

Use SCCM and Ansible (Tower/AWX) for automation and configuration

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts

Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance

Support infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, DR planning)

Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
