Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate internal information systems projects from initiation through delivery
Manage projects involving software implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments
Coordinate work performed by IT teams and internal business partners
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resources
Manage implementation activities, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control
Oversee testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
Manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Strong project management experience within information systems or technology environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience working with enterprise business applications
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms
Prior experience managing regulated or GxP projects
