Responsibilities
Serve as the school’s primary technology lead, working directly with the founder and leadership team
Design, build, and integrate systems yourself where appropriate, and manage outside vendors and developers when needed
Combine hands-on building with product thinking and vendor oversight
Ensure that networks and core systems are reliable and secure
Design systems that automate or eliminate routine technical and administrative work, rather than performing it manually
Qualification
Required
a degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field from a highly regarded college or university
clear, demonstrated experience building and shipping software (e.g., personal projects, startups, open-source contributions, or prior roles)
evidence that you can build working systems
ability to learn new technologies quickly
ability to take ownership of real technical problems
