Responsibilities

Lead and manage all store staff, ensuring accountability and high performance

Set and achieve sales goals through planning and team engagement

Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for employees

Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff

Manage employee issues and grievances

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues

Analyze sales data to develop business strategies and report KPIs

Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock counts

Partner with Inventory Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain store presentation

Support omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes

Ensure daily operations, restocks, and store standards are consistently met

Host monthly store events to boost sales and community presence

Participate in open houses

Attend local business organization meetings

Foster relationships with local businesses and neighbors

Seek out sponsorship for food and beverage

People management experience is a must

Must be able to develop, coach, and be transparent with employees while holding the team accountable to rules and conduct in a respectful and professional manner

3-5 years of experience managing in a similar role

Professional appearance, must follow AVN presentation standards

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and organizational ability

Analytical and computer skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time

Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 30 pounds

Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception
