Responsibilities
Greet customers and route phone calls providing a high level of customer service; respond to aircraft radio calls over Unicom frequency; facilitate crew requests including rental car, hotel and catering accommodation requests; maintain and account for materials and supplies including aviation fuel levels; update, maintain, and operate point of sale system for transactions, daily balance reconciliation and reporting; compose and type correspondence; perform cleaning of airport buildings to ensure they are clean and orderly; perform overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public
Regular timely/punctual attendance
Maintain and exhibit discretion at all times when handling confidential information
Prepare, organize and file records, reports and other documents
Maintain and improve knowledge of office procedures, machine operations, city operations and policies
Properly account for materials, supplies and funds
Use computer to manage information
Qualification
Required
Requires excellent writing, editing, communication and computer skills
Possession of a valid Nebraska Driver's license
