Responsibilities
Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex front-to-back workflows
Perform manual and automated testing across distributed and mainframe platforms
Validate data migration flows from mainframe to distributed systems in live environments
Embed quality across the SDLC in partnership with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams
Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience
Strong automation expertise
Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex front-to-back workflows
Perform manual and automated testing across distributed and mainframe platforms
Validate data migration flows from mainframe to distributed systems in live environments
Embed quality across the SDLC in partnership with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams
Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment
Automation: Playwright, Cucumber/BDD, Selenium
Mainframe Testing: data validation, batch and integration testing
API Testing: Insomnia
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps pipelines
Test Management: TestRail, qTest
Defect Tracking: JIRA
Agile: Scrum, Kanban
Metrics: defect leakage, test coverage, automation %
Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
Ability to translate technical outcomes into actionable insights
