Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment

Properly document shipments, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory records

Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system

Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Valid License required

Proficiency in using inventory management systems and shipping software

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures

Preferred

Forklift certification is a plus
