Responsibilities
Analyze information across multiple sources to determine telecom and alarm needs of assigned locations
Manage multiple analysis, validation, install, porting, and disconnect projects simultaneously
Order and facilitate the installation of POTS-in-a-Box systems for alarm services
Coordinate with vendors and branches for proper implementation of services and post-install needs
Qualification
Required
At least three years of experience in voice telecommunications
Basic familiarity with security and fire alarm systems and regulations
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office and project/task management software
Preferred
Familiarity with Telecommunication BVoIP, ReadyLine, and IPTF systems
Experience with alarm system communications across POTS, radio, and cellular pathways
Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms
