Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Storytelling
Pull and interpret data from Tableau and other analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics preferred)
Identify trends and create compelling narratives to inform strategy
Develop executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Collaborate with experience managers and product owners to define business requirements for identity and registration flows
Support creation of lean business cases and handoff to development teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with design and architecture teams to align identity strategies with system capabilities
Partner with product managers and owners to prioritize initiatives (Jira experience preferred)
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
Experience with customer-facing online portals
Strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with data
Ability to work in a fluid role, shifting between data analysis and requirements documentation
Proficiency in Tableau for data extraction and analysis
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
Understanding of identity concepts (registration, MFA, access management); OAuth 2.0 experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Large enterprise experience
Exposure to identity and access management projects
Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE scoring)
