Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to enhance their talent acquisition efforts across the DFW Metroplex. This role involves direct sourcing of candidates, managing the entire candidate journey, and collaborating with agency owners to understand their staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Direct Sourcing: Act as the primary driver of our talent pipeline. You’ll use LinkedIn, Indeed, and proactive outbound messaging to find and engage passive talent
Agency Partnership: Spend time getting to know our agency owners across the DFW Metroplex. You'll learn the true nature of their openings so you can pitch their roles with authenticity and local insight
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire candidate journey from the initial "cold" outreach to the final handshake
Strategic Input: Work closely with the Director of Agency Development to provide feedback on market trends and help refine our overall recruiting approach

Required

Proven experience in outbound sourcing and managing a high-volume recruitment pipeline

Experience in the Insurance industry

Property & Casualty License
Life & Health Insurance License
Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
