Process Planning; Machine Specification Creation; Machine/Equipment Procurement; Installation/Trial Management; Quality Analysis, Adjustment and Improvement
Project Management; Schedule Control; Budget Control/Cost Reduction; Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdown periods to support tooling modification and installation projects
Ability to travel to support work at machine vendors, Toyota manufacturing locations
Strong computer (Catia / Carrot 3) modeling Experience
1-2 yrs Automotive/Manufacturing Hands-On Engineering Experience
1-2yrs Project Management Experience (Totoya PE Experience highly favored)
1-2 yrs Tooling Design, tooling procurement / jigs and weld tool experience
1-2 yrs Automotive or Body Welding Experience, new equipment procurement, new product launch
1-2 yrs Robotic Experience
1-2 yrs AGV Auto Guided Vehicle Experience
