Responsibilities

Plan and lead organizational assessments directly at client facilities

Conduct in-depth studies in operations, lean manufacturing, maintenance

Lead, motivate, and structure teams of analysts and consultants on site

Build business cases using operational and financial data to quantify potential ROI

Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Proaction’s tools and methodologies

Deliver a client experience aligned with Proaction’s standards of excellence

Qualification

Required

University degree in management, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field

7+ years of consulting experience or relevant operational experience

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and maintenance

Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple demands

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada

Preferred

Experience in Operational Risk Management is an asset
