Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as a Safety Professional in a construction environment
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences — or strong, relevant construction safety experience
BCSP certified (STS-C, CSMC, or CHST)
OSHA 510
CPR/First Aid/AED certifications
Strong working knowledge of construction safety regulations and safety management systems
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to train, coach, and influence others
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, OSHA resources, etc.)
