This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that tools deliver accurate, efficient, and user-friendly configurations aligned with product requirements.

Responsibilities
Requirements Documentation: Assist in capturing and documenting functional requirements and specifications for product configuration tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Product Management teams to align tool functionality with product strategies and technical feasibility
Product Rule Development: Define and implement product rules to ensure valid and compliant product configurations
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and quality of configuration tools
User Training & Support: Provide training sessions, user guides, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience in documenting functional requirements and creating test plans
Familiarity with product configuration systems and rule-based logic
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and business teams
Preferred
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with configuration management tools or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
