Responsibilities

Utilize strong technical and business competencies to provide consultation to sales teams, prospects, and customers
Expand Capgemini’s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts
Possess a thorough understanding of the healthcare market and direct work experience in target industry sectors
Demonstrate ability to be an effective account manager, fostering positive business outcomes
Utilize technical and relationship building skills to position solutions to customers
Learn and articulate Insights & Data’s services and Capgemini’s technology solutions
Work with field sales professionals on targeting install base and new logo accounts
Introduce technology partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals
Work with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFP responses
Participate in client/prospect calls, partner synch calls, and client interactions at trade shows and conferences
Participate in RFP/proposal responses as part of the team

Required

Consulting experience, Professional Services / Consulting is key
Technology work – Data and AI. Activation of AI work to automate processes for customers
Assist with customers growth into a large, strategic partnerships
Healthcare - AI for healthcare, regulation and compliance. Understand analytics industry and landscapes
Growing and managing teams and delivery
10+ years of relevant Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience
Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, including close client management and collaborating with senior executives or complementary business lines
Meet and exceed sales targets of at least $10m annually; manage engagements ranging from $1m to $15m in annual revenues
Excellent task management, written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree required

Preferred

MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
Healthcare or related expertise is particularly valuable
Deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands-on participation in AI & data projects within relevant sectors
ERP (e.g., SAP) experience is a bonus
