Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts across multiple legal entities
Process intercompany invoices, payments, and journal entries
Ensure timely month-end and year-end close activities for intercompany balances
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax, treasury, legal) to ensure accurate intercompany documentation and compliance
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between intercompany balances
Prepare and analyze intercompany reports and reconciliations
Assist in developing and improving intercompany accounting processes and controls
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies
Participate in system implementations and automation projects related to intercompany transactions
Other assignments as required

Qualification

G/L accounting experienceIntercompany transactionsLarge ERP systemsMS Excel skillsAccounting processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of G/L accounting experience
Experience handling intercompany transactions, consolidating financial statements
Comfortable working with large ERPs
Strong MS Excel skills, heavy manual accounting
