Business Development Specialist

Momentum Business Capital is seeking a motivated ISO Relationship & Follow-Up Coordinator to support their Business Development team. The role focuses on engaging and supporting Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partners, encouraging them to submit new deals and maintaining active communication.

Responsibilities

Make daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails to existing ISO partners
Remind ISOs about our programs and funding capabilities
Encourage partners to submit new deals and stay active
Re-engage dormant ISOs and bring older partners back to life
Answer basic partner questions and escalate important items to leadership
Keep Momentum top-of-mind with consistent communication
Schedule calls between ISOs and senior leadership when needed

Qualification

Communication skillsTime managementRelationship buildingMCA/alternative lendingHigh-volume outreach

Required

Strong communication and follow-up skills
Highly organized with excellent time management
Motivated, energetic, and persistent
Comfortable managing high-volume outreach
Positive, relationship-focused personality

Preferred

Experience in MCA/alternative lending is a plus but not required
