Qualification
Required
12-30 years of litigation experience
Trial experience (first and/or second chair)
Must be licensed to practice in California
JD degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
Excellent written and communication skills
Preferred
Prior first and/or second chair trial experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation
