Responsibilities
Provide switchgear expertise to customers and Account Managers
Prepare and review job quotes and individual quotations with precision
Collaborate with Account Managers on pricing strategies and project requirements
Identify and coordinate with vendors and manufacturer reps for project needs
Maintain and manage the department’s quotation log and ensure timely project completion
Offer technical support, answer inquiries, and mentor sales teams on switchgear requirements
Participate in product meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends
Analyze quotation success rates and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with 2+ years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of switchgear products and applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in mathematical calculations for accurate quoting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to vendor ethics guidelines
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
