CPG is seeking a Critical Systems Technician I, HVAC to assist in the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the data center and supporting infrastructure. The role involves performing various HVAC-related tasks under direct supervision, including preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform work in a thorough and neat manner in accordance with industry standards, codes, and laws

Assist With And Gain Experience From Preventative Maintenance, Trouble Diagnosis, Routine And Emergency Maintenance And Repairs With Direct Supervision To Equipment Including But Not Limited To

Air and water-cooled reciprocating chillers

Centrifugal and screw package chillers

Natural gas boilers and unit heaters

Electric duct heaters

Cooling Towers

Pneumatic, DDC and Variable Frequency Drive controls

HVAC air distribution systems, AHU’S, FCU’S, Fans and other devices used in air distribution

Various types of water pumps used in the HVAC industry

Responsible for maintaining their assigned equipment in a clean, first class, efficient operating condition

Strive for continual improvement of technical skills through experience and trade literature

Exhibit a desire to learn and excel in the HVAC industry

Required to perform after-hours assignments

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function
