Qualification
Required
Leadership and administrative skills, including staff supervision, budget management, and operational oversight
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, elder care best practices, and service delivery standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with residents, families, and team members
Ability to work collaboratively, develop programs, and implement strategic initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A related professional certification or advanced degree is a plus

Preferred
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare facility administration is strongly preferred
