Responsibilities
Drafting complaints, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and related pleadings
Client interface regarding discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and case strategy
Performing legal research on case‑specific issues
Frequent court appearances, hearings, depositions, and pre‑trial conferences
Arguing motions and negotiating claims
Active participation in trial preparation and jury trials
Qualification
Required
Licensed Attorney in Good Standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in Florida
Personal injury litigation experience (auto accidents, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, etc.)
Demonstrated civil jury trial experience
Specific experience in negligent security cases
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and team focused environment
Windows‑proficient and computer‑savvy
Proficient in Florida E‑filing systems
