Sales Representative
Interior Talent is hiring for a Sales Representative position with a global luxury brand known for its artistry and craftsmanship. The role involves driving growth in the San Francisco market by building relationships with the A&D community and managing the sales cycle from inspiration to installation.
Responsibilities
Grow the Market: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the San Francisco and surrounding markets
Engage the A&D Community: Schedule and lead presentations, lunch & learns, and showroom visits with architects and interior designers
Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with trade clients through trust, service, and consistent communication
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage quoting, sampling, order processing, and post-sale follow-up with precision and care
Stay Active in the Industry: Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate visibility and influence
Collaborate & Report: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience within the design, architecture, or trade-related industry
A proven track record of driving sales growth and closing complex design projects
Strong presentation skills and confidence speaking to clients at all professional levels
A hunter mentality — proactive, self-motivated, and energized by building new business
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
