Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and coordination of promotional events across the Greenbelt and surrounding areas
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to develop creative outreach strategies that connect customers with our partner brands
Represent our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
Support and train newer team members during marketing activations
Execute in-store and community-based marketing initiatives designed to drive engagement and sales
Qualification
Required
Must be local to the Greenbelt, MD area and have reliable daily transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and desire to grow within the company
Preferred
Full-time availability preferred (seasonal positions may be available)
