Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for 1099 and field employees
Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination
Coordinate annual open enrollment activities
Maintain data integrity in HRIS, payroll, and vendor management systems
Track and support compliance requirements, including:
I-9 and E-Verify
FMLA and leave documentation
Workers’ compensation claims documentation
Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors
Assist with employee relations documentation and investigation support
Prepare documentation for internal, client, and regulatory audits
Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
Identify opportunities for HR process improvements
Ensure alignment with federal, state, and client-specific requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client information
Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
