Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of Professional Services Statements of Work, from scoping to approval

Translate customer needs and technical inputs into clear, legally valid SOW documents

Ensure documentation meets quality standards and internal SLAs

Required

5+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, RFP responses, or legal document review, preferably with an IT background

Ability to interpret technical information from SMEs or engineers and translate it into clear, customer-facing language

Experience managing multiple document requests and deadlines while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Technical teams
