Administrative tasks such as pay applications, change orders, meeting minutes
Tenant construction coordination
Field reports
Research tasks such as examining previous construction projects and conducting preconstruction field research
Internal reporting
Qualification
Required
Majors – construction management, civil engineering, architectural, project management
Knowledge in construction and design
Experience in Microsoft project, Excel, and Bluebeam
