The internship offers a 10-week immersive experience where interns will learn about operational processes, engage with senior leaders, and network across the organization while focusing on the Group Insurance sector.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operational Effectiveness experts to improve complex operational processes related to our dental network

Learn about business applications of artificial intelligence

Have the opportunity to learn about Guardian’s Group Insurance Products: Dental and Vision

Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
