Responsibilities
Handle U.S. trademark prosecution, including clearance, filing, and maintenance
Draft and review trademark-related documents and correspondence
Advise on trademark strategy and portfolio management
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of trademark prosecution experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and USPTO procedures
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred
Prior experience as a U.S. Patent & Trademark Office examining attorney strongly preferred
Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in-office preferred
