Director, Clinical Content and Educational Outcomes
Answers in CME (AiCME) is seeking a Director of Clinical Content and Educational Outcomes to serve as a primary liaison between the outcomes team and content development team. This role involves evaluating activity outcomes, advising on CME/IME reports, and transforming complex data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities
Evaluate activity outcomes assessment questions to ensure sound content and structure, including learning objective alignment
Advise the outcomes team on development of comprehensive CME/IME outcomes reports that summarize program impact
Transform complex outcomes data into strategic recommendations that articulate program effectiveness and inform future educational strategy
Develop needs assessment surveys and assist with data analysis on clinician learning needs and clinical practice gaps to support future grants
Identify opportunities to incorporate CME/IME program outcomes into grant proposals
Provide strategies to the sales team to utilize activity outcomes in sales presentations and proposals
Assist in the development of methodology and analysis for advanced outcomes data collection (why, confidence, drag and drop, etc.)
Refine best practices and approaches to CME/IME assessment question writing
Train content team members on best practices and novel approaches for medical analysis of activity outcomes data
Support the sales team in supporter meetings or capabilities presentations
Identify trends in data within and across CME/IME programs to support advanced outcomes research
Occasional travel to team meetings and on-site educational events (approx 6 times a year)
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or graduate degree in science or medicine (or equivalent experience)
Three or more years of experience developing CME/IME program content across therapeutic areas
Experience writing CME/IME assessment questions and analyzing assessment results
Familiarity with best practices for question writing
Awareness and experience applying adult and multimedia learning theories to the development of medical education content development and outcomes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; sticking to timelines and collaborating and communicating closely across teams is key
Preferred
Experience supporting CME/IME sales teams in a content developer/strategist role AND/OR as a scientific/clinical content developer, with some strategy-related experience
Ability to produce visual representations (ie, slides and infographics) of data-driven medical content
Ability to become familiar with new diseases/medical conditions quickly
Experience developing content in oncology and hematology-oncology
Experience in IME/CME clinical strategy - identifying practice gaps and root causes of health care professional needs, and associated educational solutions
Familiarity of existing and emerging outcomes frameworks driving the medical education industry
Awareness and experience applying principles of data visualization to medical education outcomes
Expertise researching, compiling, and analyzing clinical and scientific evidence quickly, such as in needs assessments
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Tableau, Google-based tools preferred
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfort level with high-volume email correspondence and telephone/videoconferencing in a fast-paced global team setting
