Responsibilities

Own the full business development lifecycle in a consulting services environment; owning prospecting, relationship development, and account management
Identify and pursue net-new ERP and SAP services opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients
Build and manage executive-level relationships, engaging stakeholders from the C-suite to functional and technical leaders
Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, solution discussions, demos, and executive presentations
Collaborate closely with leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions and create new sales ideas
Develop account strategies, pursuit plans, and value-based proposals aligned to client business outcomes
Serve as the primary relationship owner, maintaining accountability for client satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnership development

Required

10+ years of experience selling IT Professional Services, consulting, or systems integration services
5+ years of SAP-focused experience selling SAP services and solutions
Demonstrated success as an individual contributor with consistent quota attainment
Proven ability to independently generate pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and advise senior business leaders
Experience driving demos, presentations, and consultative sales discussions
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal oversight

Preferred

Experience selling SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or related SAP platforms and modules
Background working with enterprise and Fortune 2000 clients
Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, transformation programs, and services-based sales motions
