Responsibilities
Install and service equipment at new and relocating CVS locations
Deliver exceptional customer service while installing, diagnosing, and resolving issues with retail technology
Travel by car and/or plane between CVS locations, assist neighboring regions with workload, work standard day shifts, and participate in on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualification
Required
Willingness and ability to travel extensively with overnight stays weekly, including some weekends
Valid driver's license with no major violations
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable driving between CVS locations daily
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum 2 years of technical experience
Must reside in North Newark, NJ
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Preferred
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Technical certifications
Technical degree or further education
