Support clients with debt, benefits, and income maximisation, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions
Work as part of a dedicated team of caseworkers, using your curiosity and problem-solving skills to explore issues in depth
Empower clients to take practical steps to solve their problems
Make referrals for additional support when needed
Ensure casework is accurate, timely and aligned with our quality standards
Qualification
Required
Motivated, compassionate, and energetic individual
Strong track record of delivering high-quality advice face-to-face, over the phone and online
Support clients with debt, benefits, and income maximisation
Curiosity and problem-solving skills to explore issues in depth
Empowering clients to take practical steps to solve their problems
Resilience, empathy, initiative and strong people skills
Make referrals for additional support when needed
Ensure casework is accurate, timely and aligned with quality standards
