This role supports credit and debit card order processing, tracking, and shipment through secure, compliant workflows.

Responsibilities
Review and process incoming card orders through Salesforce
Retrieve cards from secure storage, manually package them, and update all required system records
Track orders that require additional configurations, ensuring timely completion and escalation when necessary
Prepare packaged cards for shipment, including secondary verification and transfer to the mailroom
Monitor FedEx deployments and navigate customs requirements as needed
Proactively research and resolve open items
Respond promptly to inquiries about fulfillment processes and specific order statuses
Qualification
Required
Credit card regulatory, banking, network knowledge
Preferred
Database Management & Salesforce experience
Google Sheets experience
