Responsibilities

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of our Cogen boiler, backup power boiler, and mill air systems to maximize performance
Champion safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring all processes and programs are followed to the highest standards
Take ownership of the operating budget and drive strong financial performance for the cogeneration unit
Develop and execute long-term capital and process improvement plans to enhance efficiency and sustainability
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a self-directed, reliability-focused culture among both direct reports and union employees
