Responsibilities

Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients
Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge
Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information
Nurture long-term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products
Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure
Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, providing prompt, attentive, and courteous service
Engage clients both online and offline to ensure maximum engagement
Ensure the store atmosphere and merchandising reflect the Brand's essence
Maintain vigilance regarding store security
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets
Adapt to business needs and priorities
Share knowledge and experiences to benefit overall sales and Brand development
Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety and security of staff and products

Qualification

Fine jewellery salesLuxury retail knowledgePOS system proficiencyClient relationship managementFluent in EnglishEffective communicationPresentation skillsTeam playerCreative thinkingPositive attitude

Required

Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry
Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Chinese, Arabic) are a plus
Inherent interest in the jewellery industry which drives your passion for excellence
Take full responsibility for performance and client satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence
An effective and clear communicator with clients and team members, ensuring everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives
Excellent presentation skills, making complex information accessible and engaging
A supportive team player who empowers others to succeed
A creative thinker to improve sales strategies and client engagement, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor practices. Your innovative approach drives business growth
