Provide office and market leadership within the Nevada region
Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector and civic clients
Lead and mentor project teams while fostering a collaborative studio culture
Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
Support business development efforts including client meetings and proposals
Help shape growth strategy and identify new opportunities within the market
Represent the firm at industry and community events
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture
Fifteen plus years of experience with at least five years in a leadership role
Strong background in civic, municipal, or public sector projects
Experience building and maintaining long term client relationships
Comfortable balancing leadership, delivery oversight, and business development
Strong communication skills and a mentorship oriented leadership style
Preferred
Nevada licensure preferred but not required
