Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver internal and external communications and documentation
Track, review, and follow up on benefits compliance documents and reports
Assist with annual nondiscrimination testing by coordinating and validating data
Respond to phone and email inquiries from members and internal teams
Maintain workflow milestones, scanning, filing, and document retention
Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Provide administrative support to group health and retirement plan teams

Required

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic document workflows
Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA
U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred

Exposure to benefits, insurance, retirement plans, HR, or financial services
Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant
Recent graduates with internships in insurance, banking, or financial services
Candidates returning to the workforce seeking a structured, professional role
