Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing travel
Manage logistics for high-level meetings and both internal and external events
Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, assist with budget tracking, and handle other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and ensure materials are organized
Conduct research, compile data, and assist in preparing presentations or reports for internal meetings
Support project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables are met
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues
Proactively identify areas for additional support and offer assistance
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Professional demeanor with strong discretion and confidentiality
