Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM processes
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, business rules)
Support CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers
Manage CRM data quality, reports, and dashboards
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Coordinate testing (UAT) and deployment of CRM enhancements
Train users and provide ongoing support and documentation
Collaborate with IT, developers, and third-party vendors
Ensure CRM solutions follow security, compliance, and best practices
Qualification
