People Operations Consultant (Learning & Development)
OneRange is seeking an experienced People Operations Consultant specializing in Learning and Development. The role involves partnering with companies to design and implement effective learning programs that drive skill growth and support workforce needs.

Responsibilities
Partner with People Operations and business leaders to understand workforce goals, skill gaps, and development needs within their organizations
Design and recommend learning and development strategies aligned to customer growth strategy and employee progression
Support the implementation of learning programs, including onboarding, upskilling, reskilling, and career development initiatives through the OneRange platform
Advise customers on best practices for learning budgets, provider selection, and program structure
Serve as a subject matter expert on modern L&D approaches, including skills-based development and continuous learning
Collaborate with the OneRange team to ensure customer needs are reflected in platform usage and configuration
Participate in regular check-ins with customers to review progress, adoption, and outcomes
Gather feedback from customers and translate insights into recommendations for program improvement
Do whatever you can to help customers succeed and help OneRange grow
Act as a strategic partner to People Ops teams navigating learning and development decisions
Help customers move from ad hoc training to more structured, scalable development programs
Guide customers through change, helping teams adopt new ways of thinking about skills and growth
Balance strategy with execution, ensuring recommendations are realistic and actionable
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving team environment that values ownership and accountability
Help customers define success metrics for learning and development initiatives
Review participation, engagement, and outcomes to inform ongoing program adjustments
Share insights with internal teams to improve customer experience and platform value
Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Partnerships to support customer needs
Share recurring customer feedback to influence product improvements and service offerings
Step in where needed, because we are a startup and teamwork matters
Qualification
Required
Experience in People Operations, Learning and Development, or Talent Development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and workplace learning programs
Experience advising or supporting internal stakeholders on L&D initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with customers
Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to a team
