Responsibilities

Managing the complete relationship cycle with New York City families—from initial contact through enrollment, ongoing retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and individual consultations that support families through intricate, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the central contact for parent inquiries, feedback, and confidential matters—addressing them with authority and professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through campus presence, strategic outreach, and meaningful integration within the local parent community
Converting satisfied families into active advocates and referral contributors within New York City's interconnected networks

Required

At least 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (household income exceeding $1M), with accountability for securing $5K+ commitments or multi-year agreements
Proven experience supporting families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed contracts or verified commitments
Quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion metrics and retention, satisfaction, or referral performance data
Experience autonomously managing a personal pipeline or community network from first contact through final decision
Confirmed ability to orchestrate events or services for 25+ high-profile participants concurrently
Verified experience managing sensitive matters, grievances, or confidential information with documented successful outcomes
Current New York City residence or location within 1.5 hours' commute; available for full-time on-site work and local event participation
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Preferred

Professional background in private education, philanthropic organizations, luxury service sectors, hospitality, wealth advisory, or concierge-level client relations
Established knowledge of New York City private school systems and parent community networks
Experience representing mission-oriented organizations to discerning, high-profile audiences
