Responsibilities
Responsible for all sizes and types of projects from design review to functional testing
Lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients
Providing technical excellence
Managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome
Qualification
Required
6+ years progressive experience in Commissioning, MEP design and construction administration
Commissioning Certification required (ACG CxA, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans
Experience in working with a team of professionals
Ability and willingness to travel (more than 50%)
Computer hardware/software/network expertise, as appropriate
Demonstrated success in marketing and client relationships
Preferred
Professional Engineer preferred
