New GradJelly Belly Candy Company is seeking a Pan Operator Trainee for their production team. The selected employee will be responsible for loading and unloading pans, adding flavors and colors to syrups, and assisting in the production of confectionery products.

Responsibilities
Load and unload pans
Pour the accurate measurement and addition of flavors and colors into panning syrups
Be involved in the production of intermediate flavor blends for use in confectionery products
Gathering, mixing and packaging of specific materials involved in production
Qualification
Required
Jelly Belly employees must meet the qualifications required to perform each task of the job in a satisfactory manner
Requires the physical capability to perform job related manual activity required to operate the equipment including frequent and repetitive lifting of as much as fifty (50) pounds unassisted
Work performed in areas with temperatures of other air controlled manufacturing spaces
