Responsibilities

Directs, and coordinates assigned aspects of assigned Hoag Heart and Vascular Institute service lines
Ensures patient care is delivered and the units are maintained in accordance with professional regulatory standards
Identifies opportunities for enhancement of the existing services
Provides leadership, planning, support, and coordination for service line
Monitors and makes appropriate changes to run programs optimally
Works closely with internal departments and services to coordinate the overall Heart and Vascular Institute as a seamless patient experience
Develops the goals, business strategies, and one year/three year plan and works to achieve those goals
Consults with Medical Directors of Cardiac Cath Labs and ECG to improve clinical service quality and increase market share
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Program managementCardiac Clinical programsRegistered Nursing licenseBachelor of Science in NursingMaster’s degree in Health Care Administration

Required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BSN, required
Minimum of three (3) years program management experience preferably within an acute healthcare environment required
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nursing in California

Preferred

Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred
Program management experience in Cardiac Clinical programs in an acute healthcare environment preferred
