As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and present them with personalized coverage options
Exceed new business production goals and objectives as established
Learn to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Be trained to process customer policy change requests
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
Generating insurance quotes
Be outstanding at relationship building
Work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
An active General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license in Texas
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Prior Sales Experience
Must be highly self-motivated
Career minded vision
Great Customer Service Skills
Preferred
