Responsibilities
Guide and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Mentor students in essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—in parallel with academic objectives
Use AI tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team dedicated to transforming education for high-performing learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic distinction (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or other high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Strong communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
