Responsibilities

In field coaching, training and in booth work
Recruiting and interviewing
Classroom training. Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures
Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details
Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results
Communicate results and strategy with management
Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps

Qualification

Event planningSales/marketing experienceProject managementLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills

Preferred

Bachelors degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
