Responsibilities

Lead multiple technology implementation projects of simple to moderate size, scope and duration using Presidio’s project management method

Establish client relations and manage interaction and expectations throughout the life of the project

Create basic project plans, status reports and manage issues, risks, and actions

Manage communication, scope and mitigates risk across projects

Manage Project budget and billing

Partner with engineers to deliver the best possible solution for a client

Lead client-facing meetings regularly during key phases of the project

Continually seek and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Service as the escalation point person for the customer, delivery and other associated Presidio teams and vendor partners

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands-on Project Coordinator/Administrator managing technical VAR implementation projects and having customer facing experiences or equivalent experience in an IT organization

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects to meet defined budgets and timelines

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
