Responsibilities
Participates in maintaining a financially sound loan and deposit portfolio through early delinquency control
Uses all methods to accomplish this including (but are not limited to): payment processing, phone calls, collection letters, digital communications, and in person interviews
Responsible for recommending further action on accounts as deemed necessary (including but not limited to): repossession, legal action foreclosure and referral to collection agencies
Qualification
Required
Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
Ability to be bonded
Preferred
Previous experience in the financial industry, credit union background a plus
